Early election returns show supporters of Issue #3, which would allow for the construction of four casinos around the state, leading opponents. With 36 percent of the precincts reporting, supporters of casinos lead 54% to 46%.
State issue #2 which would change the state constitution to form a livestock care standards board leads 65% to 34% with 41% of precincts reporting.
In the Southwestern City School district the school levy trails by about 15-hundred votes,52% no to 48% yes, with about a third of the precincts reporting.
