Ohio Budget Balanced With "One-Time" Revenue Sources.

Governor Ted Strickland's budget is balanced, and he's managed to erase a more than 7 billion dollar deficit without a tax increase. But critics are saying as they look into the "blue book" for budget details, they're seeing a setup for future disaster. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
