Election 08 continues in the Ohio Supreme Court where the campaign of 15th congressional district hopeful Steve Stivers filed a lawsuit against the Secretary of State over how provisional ballots are counted.
A few dozen votes separate Stivers and Democratic hopeful Mary Jo Kilroy. Elections law expert Dan Tokaji says an earlier decision by Supreme Court justices likely indicates Jennifer Brunner will be successful in defending her decision to accept provisional ballots in envelopes without both a printed version of the voter's name and a signature.
