The Franklin County Board of Elections today certified results from a hotly contested race for U-S Congress in Central Ohio. Final vote counts show Republican Incumbent Deborah Pryce won re-election by 1,054 votes over Democratic challenger Mary Jo Kilroy. Kilroy picked up more than 2,000 votes in the recount. Preliminary figures on election night showed Pryce with a lead of more than 3,000 votes. A recount is possible after the certified results are sent to the Ohio Secretary of State's office.
