The number of confirmed shootings near Interstate 2-70 in Columbus is now 15.
A special task force is investigating the shootings that date back to May. On November 25th, a car's passenger was killed.
Franklin County Chief Deputy Steve Martin says the newest confirmed shooting was reported November 15th at a car lot on US Route 23. It was the first business hit by a bullet. Cars, a school and a house also have been hit.
So far, authorities say they have six ballistic matches. A special task force has received about 15-hundred-and-20 tips.
Monday, workers put up cameras on I-270 in an attempt to find who is behind the shootings.
