Columbus Public Health is currently out of at-home COVID-19 test kits but anticipates getting more from The Ohio Department of Health In January.

Columbus Public Health has given out as many 50 thousand COVID test kits at several distribution events before Thanksgiving and leading up to Christmas. When more at-home test kits become available, they will be provided to the public at local Columbus Recreation Centers.

Health officials said in meantime, testing is still available in the community. If you need to be tested, you are encouraged to contact your health care provider, check with local pharmacies who re-stock regularly, or call the Columbus Public Health COVID-19 helpline at 614-645-1519.

You can also visit https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/testing to find a test location near you.
