No Justice: Judicial Election Reform in Ohio

It's been 45 years since Ohio enacted comprehensive judicial reforms, and it might be time for a tune-up. In light of low voter turnout at judicial elections and even lower popular opinion of the courts, Chief Justice of Ohio Maureen O'Connor has unveiled a new plan to strengthen elections, and educate the electorate.
