Analysis of the Libyan Uprising

Across Libya, protests against the regime of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi are being met with violence by security forces and the army. Susan E. Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, said that Gaddafi is "delusional" and "disconnected from reality."
