Don't Ask, Don't Tell

The current U.S. policy toward gays in the military is being challenged in the courts and in Congress. Arguments for and against lifting the ban on gays serving openly in the U.S. military, with Human Rights Campaign (HRC) deputy legislative director David Stacy, Stars and Stripes reporter Leo Shane and retired Marine staff sergeant Eric Alva, the first soldier wounded in Operation Iraqi Freedom, who is gay.
