Kate's Quick Bites: Parmesan Artichoke Dip
Jason Crabill, executive director of the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio talks about this hidden gem in Lancaster, Ohio while making Judy's Parmesan Artichoke Dip.
Ingredients
- 14 oz can of artichoke
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Dash of tabasco
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Baguette, cracker or pita chips for scooping
Drain the canned artichoke.
Mix together all ingredients in a food processor.
Spread into a baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until “puffy” brown on top.
Serve with sliced and toasted baquette
