Data shows Columbus' rate of gun violence decreased but largely remained steady, while Parma's rate decreased significantly. Cincinnati and Dayton only increased moderately by 5 to 6%.

It's the first fair since 2019 where the public can attend, and a new state law on permitless concealed carry has changed some security measures.

A law that allows eligible adults 21 and over to carry any kind of firearm in Ohio without a permit starts on Monday.
