Berlin Attack

Italian police say during a normal ID check in a Milan suburb, a suspect pulled a handgun and fired at officers. Police returned fire and killed the man. They have identified him as Anis Amri.

Police had arrested one man but released him after not finding evidence he was driving the truck that killed 12 people Monday. Now reports say they found a Tunisian man's ID papers in the truck cab.
