Well over a half century ago, I decided I wanted to be a journalist.
After 40 years in the business, including nearly three decades in newspapers, and more than 13 years on the air for WOSU public media, I have lived my professional dream.
I wasn’t sure what a journalist was when a teacher suggested the idea. I had to ask her the definition.
But I’ve since learned that it’s everything I hoped it would be: challenging, important, life changing and endlessly relevant.
I hope you’ll stay with me for one more hour as I take a walk down memory lane and take your calls, questions and comments. — Ann Fisher
