Ending forced arbitration agreements in the workplace

As a condition of their employment, many workers are subject to forced arbitration and must settle disputes, including sexual harassment, behind closed doors.

This system received increased scrutiny as a result of the #metoo movement, and earlier this month Congress passed legislation to end the practice.

We are taking a look at the practice of forced arbitration and the impact of this new legislation, and the latest on redistricting in Ohio.
