Over the decades, the popularity of cocktails has ebbed and flowed, but a cocktail renaissance is underway. Bartenders in central Ohio are upping their game, inspired by big city bars offering ever more creative concoctions.
The trend also includes an uptick in non-alcoholic versions, or mocktails, and plans for Columbus’ first-ever sober bar.
