Dublin Coffman Gets Probation For Football Recruiting Violations

Dublin Coffman High School

The Dublin Coffman High School football program has been put on probation for two years for recruiting violations.  The team's head coach also faces a suspension if the team makes the playoffs.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association says the school violated a bylaw when the head football coach met with an eighth grade student-athlete and his father regarding the student enrolling at Coffman as a freshman.

Head coach Mark Crabtree is also suspended for the first two playoff games this year if the team makes the postseason.
