Ohio Gov. John Kasich is sitting down with South Carolina's top prosecutor to talk about law and the constitution.

Kasich is bringing his Republican presidential campaign to Myrtle Beach on Tuesday, when he is scheduled to participate in an hour-long forum hosted by the Conservative Leadership Project.

During the event at the Crown Reef Resort and Conference Center, Kasich and state Attorney General Alan Wilson will talk about the constitution, the rule of law and likely upcoming appointments to the U.S. Supreme Court.

South Carolina holds the South's first Republican presidential primary Feb. 20. Wilson has invited all Republican presidential hopefuls to take part in the series.
