Fewer Ohioans Got Concealed Carry Permits In 2014

For the first time in several years, there was a drop in the number of people getting or renewing concealed carry gun permits in Ohio last year. The state says new permits fell by nearly 40 percent last year to just under 60,000. About 50,000 other Ohioans renewed their concealed carry permit last year. Franklin County reported the most permits issued and renewed in 2014.
