The eyes of supporters and opponents of gay marriage were on the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday. Thatâs because the justices are considering a legal challenge to Californiaâs ban on same-sex marriage. Ohio has a similar ban, but no matter how the justices rule, itâs not likely to have a quick legal direct impact on whether Ohio allows same-sex marriage.
