A Kinder, Gentler Issue 2?

Ohio’s new collective bargaining law cuts the power of labor unions that represent public employees. Voters will decide the fate of the law in November when it faces a referendum. Backers of the law want to see that union power cut, but as Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, in recent days they’ve gone out of their way to say nice things about government workers.
