Join this special Dialogue for a conversation with Lucan Ahmad Way, professor of political science at the University of Toronto, and Dr. Scott Smitson, lieutenant colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), professor of geostrategy and geoeconomics, Joint Special Operations University, to learn more about the Russia-Ukraine war and how the outcome could influence the global security environment and the contest of democracy versus authoritarianism in Europe.
