PBS LearningMedia
PBS LearningMedia is a one-stop-shop for educational resources for PreK-12 learners and their families. You can research any number of topics by typing keywords into the search box, or simply selecting a topic and grade-level. Every resource is vetted by PBS educators, and most resources are accompanied by additional materials such as quizzes, activities, or discussion questions. The site also shows which national and state standards align with the resource. The site is also aligned to your local PBS member station, WOSU, so you’ll see our events and notices at the bottom of the homepage.

The Bakery Shop
The Bakery Shop is an educational game collaboratively developed by WOSU Public Media, the Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design (ACCAD) at The Ohio State University and the Ohio Council on Economic Education. Targeted to 2nd graders, the game is designed to immerse the user in concepts of economics in a visually engaging way using an entertaining game context. Streams of hungry customers arrive at a bakery with a specific craving and it’s your job to help them out by making the right foods, at the right time!
