Ohio’s most exciting EdTech Conference is just around the corner! WOSU Classroom is a proud member of ITIP Ohio, and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for #ITIP2019. We’re kicking things off with a keynote from the one-and-only Matt Miller of Ditch That Textbook fame and keep the good times rolling with over 100 interactive sessions featuring Ohio’s top Google-using teachers and administrators. Finally, we’ll wrap things up Tuesday afternoon with a special prize giveaway! And, for all you giddy Googlers that just can’t wait for Monday, we have a special pre-conference bonus session just for you on Sunday afternoon.

Tuesday, May 14th
Google for Elementary Classrooms
11:00 – 11:50 am
This session is designed around providing tasks and learning objectives for students on the elementary level. The goal is not to abandon manipulatives and activities that require pencil and paper, but to simply integrate more digital aspects into the classroom. Together we will explore ways to incorporate digital skills using apps such as Google Docs, Classroom, Forms, Slides, and Drawings. You will leave motivated to embrace digital tasks throughout the school year.
