Senator Rob Portman says without reform, U.S.P.S. will fail.

The embattled USPS has been losing billions of dollars annually in recent years. The bill, which focuses on cutting health care costs, would result in $50 billion in savings over 10 years.

Wes Wheeler, president of UPS Healthcare, told NPR Sunday that the first shipment of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines is on its way to sites in all 50 states, complete with dry ice and Bluetooth technology.
