Ohio state lawmakers are back in Columbus this week, after taking several months off so most of them could run for reelection.

The bill redefines “misbranded” food, adding definitions for lab-grown and insect-based or plant-based proteins in Ohio that resemble traditional meat and egg products.

The capital budget included more than $700 million in one-time funds for community projects across Ohio.
