Muskingum County

The Muskingum County sheriff said his office arrests many people from Columbus for drug trafficking. The county's jail registry shows most of the people arrested for dealing drugs are from Zanesville.

A sheriff in eastern Ohio says three inmates are back in custody after they attacked a guard, stole his keys and escaped through a county courthouse. All three were found Monday morning.

Gov. Mike DeWine says while urban areas are trending down, Ohio's rural counties are starting to see more community spread.
