Most severe drought in decades declared in 22 Ohio counties. What does that mean for farmers?

The federal government hasn't declared a drought in several decades for any county in Ohio. Farmers in Ohio are seeing its impacts, as they're forced to adapt to dryer weather.

A case brought by El Paso County, Texas, is similar to another won by the Sierra Club in California. The U.S. Supreme Court said wall construction can continue while the Trump administration appeals.
