If music be the food of love, then you'll probably need something to drink with it.
That's in part why violinist Devin Copfer and cellist Elisabeth Jeremica founded the local series Chamber Brews.
Since the series' founding in 2016, Chamber Brews has built an audience around pairing great music via rotating ensembles with tasty brews – craft beers and coffees – at Columbus venues as unusual and flavorful as some of the beverages they showcase.
The most recent of those flavorful venues was the Classical 101 studio, where Chamber Brews stopped by Wednesday for a performance of Terry Riley's Sunrise of the Planetary Dream Collector and a movement from the Danish String Quartet's Wood Works.
We also chatted about their season finale, a Beer + Music Flight, which takes place at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Columbus Museum of Art.
