Democrats are trying to replicate Republicans’ success in amplifying their political messages across social media platforms, especially in how they use content creators and high-profile podcasters like Joe Rogan because that’s where the prospective voters are.

Influencing has grown into a $250 billion industry.

And more than 70% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 say they follow an influencer on social media.
