Ohio is full of fascinating people.
People whose passions infuse their careers or their hobbies, and sometimes both in some cases.
This hour, we’ll meet a hip-hop artist who’s bringing the music form to his students and, yes, he actually is the professor of hip hop.
We’ll also meet a native Ohioan who credits a high school class with sparking her interest in volcanoes and her career assessing their activity levels.
And finally, an avid Ohio State football fan continues a tradition begun by his father.
Guests:
- Jason Rawls, assistant professor of hip hop, Ohio State
- Laura Clor, Volcano Emissions Project, USGS Cascades Volano Observatory
- Doug Malone, Ohio State football fan
