There are two sides of the coin, the job and moral elements, and the economic and humanitarian pieces, which involve the head and heart.

There are a lot of different ways people come to Ohio, including foreign students on visa, foreign workers, people who marry a U.S. citizen and investor visas, which is where people spend enough money to buy a permanent residency.
