Tech Tuesday: Hunting cicadas – there’s an app for that!

Seventeen midwestern states this summer will experience the sight and sound of trillions of cicadas hatching in a phenomenon not seen since Thomas Jefferson’s presidency.

But, what does this major insect event mean for Ohioans? An Ohio professor developed an app.
