Tech Tuesday: How Columbus libraries navigate the rising cost of e-books

Nearly half of all books checked out by Columbus libraries are E-books, and that’s a problem. Digital books are more expensive than paper, costing libraries $75 for a two-year license of a single copy. Costs are rising, motivating librarians across the country to call for federal copyright reform.
