Across the country and here in Ohio businesses have open positions they are having trouble finding workers.

Experts worry Intel won't find people to work at its new New Albany semi-conductor factories.

Staffing at restaurants has gotten a little better, but many remain understaffed.

Now there is word the labor shortage may last for years, as baby boomers retire, millennials and Gen Zers have fewer kids and policy makers limit immigration
