The Ohio legislature is considering a bill to make shared parenting the presumed outcome in child custody cases.
Currently, in disputed cases, a parent must actively pursue a shared parenting arrangement otherwise courts will default to granting sole custody more often than not to the mother.
Today on All Sides with Ann Fisher we are looking at the pros and cons of shared parenting and legislation in Ohio to make it the default.
