Foods are being designed to fool our brains into thinking we’ve received nutrition when we haven’t.
Obesity rates are on the rise worldwide. The world population review ranks the United States 12th among nations for its rate of obesity, a problem related to the fact that our brains aren’t good at distinguishing between health and unhealthy foods.
Unhealthy foods make us feel better in the short term, while healthy foods do the opposite. But the long-term ramifications are exactly the opposite.
