Two years ago, a large portion of the U.S. workforce that was able to work remotely, was sent home because of the pandemic. Now, as infection numbers decrease and mask mandates are lifted, employees who’ve been working from home are reluctant to return to the office.
We’ll look at how the flexibility and adaptation learned during the pandemic have changed the world of work.
