The U.S. job market is experiencing a rebound, albeit an uneven one. It added twice as many jobs in March as in February, and the unemployment rate fell to 6%, the lowest since the pandemic began.

But that’s just one part of the story, as millions still struggle to find work, pay bills and keep a roof over their heads.

COVID has caused scores of Americans to reassess their finances, rethink retirement and wonder how to build, or rebuild, savings accounts.
