Tech Tuesday: U.S. Capitol Riot Warning Signs On Social Media

Despite high levels of traffic on social media sites prior to January 6, federal agencies were caught flat-footed as events unfolded at the doors of the U.S. Capitol.

The missed signals and slow response beg comparisons to the September 11 terrorist attacks among those in the intelligence community who continue to piece together clues.
