Without a clear winner in the presidential race, the morning after Election Day offers no relief to the dread many Americans have been feeling for months.

A recent survey by the American Psychological Association found that nearly 70% of U.S. adults, regardless of party affiliation, feel this year’s presidential election is a significant source of anxiety.
