Joe Biden strengthened his delegate lead Tuesday with victories in four states, but Bernie Sanders said Wednesday he’s not giving up his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Meanwhile, Democrats and the Trump Administration are racing to reach a deal to provide emergency relief for Americans coping with the coronavirus.
