Michigan Congressman Justin Amash recently resigned from the House Freedom Caucus, the conservative coalition that sprung from the Tea Party era of 2010.
The Tea Party was a dominant force in American politics, but you don’t hear much about it these days. Amash said that the movement changed when the parties switched power in the White House and Congress.
