Former Mount Carmel intensive care physician William Husel faces 25 counts of murder in a murder case that prosecutors are calling one of the largest in Ohio history.
Prosecutors have accused 43-year-old Husel of purposely ordering excessive doses of painkillers for patients, who died shortly after receiving them. He faces 15 years to life for each murder count.
