The buildup of nuclear weapons has gone on for decades. Now, the United Nations has taken a stand and adopted a new treaty to ban nuclear weapons. Nations armed with nuclear weapons refuse to sign the treaty. The United States, Britain and France claim the treaty does not offer a solution to the threat of North Korea.

Today we'll discuss what the U.N. treaty changes, if anything, and what are the real threats to global security.
