The weeks following President-elect Donald Trump's election have been a flurry of activity as his transition team prepares him for office. Even though he campaigned harshly against President Obama's policies, Obama's administration has worked with Trump's team to ensure a smooth transition. While the transition process can be complicated, if done well it sets up the incoming president for success in office.
