Olympic athletes are under a tremendous amount of stress, most of whom have waited their entire lives to compete for gold. With the whole world watching, how do they keep their mental health in check? Also, College students continue to drink and many to the point of excess. This behavior should be curbed in order to lead a healthier lifestyle. And finally, supplements have become highly integrated into our medical regimes and treatments. However, there is typically little oversight surrounding the industry occasionally leading to additional or even worse health issues.
