Presidential hopeful John Kasich plans to use free airtime from NBC to launch campaign ads focusing on the Islamic State. Meanwhile, his presidential campaign continues to attack Donald Trump. Also, Planned Parenthood clinics in Ohio are re-evaluating their security measures after the attack in Colorado that killed three people. House Bill 394 would reduce the maximum time Ohioans could get unemployment benefits from 26 weeks to as low as 12 weeks.
