An estimated five million Americans have Alzheimer's Disease, and the modern American diet is not helping to reduce that statistic. It is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States, and one that cannot be cured, slowed down, or even prevented. However, there are ways to reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's like exercising, stimulating the brain, and maintaining a healthy diet.
