Sparks Flew - WOSU's Century On The Air - Thomas M. Rieland book coverSparks Flew: WOSU’s Century on the Air will be available for purchase on April 26.

This new book outlines the major role Ohio State and WOSU played in the growth of public broadcasting in America.  It’s quite a story, starting with a young rural Ohioan named Bob Marriott in 1900.

Sparks Flew will be available at ohiostatepress.org or wherever fine books are sold.

It appears my first book signing is courtesy of Gramercy Books in Bexley.

Retired WOSU radio talk host Fred Andrle will be interviewing me about the book and WOSU’s history at Gramercy on Tuesday, June 4th at 7 pm. More information is available on Gramercy’s website. Come over and join the fun.
