Charity R. Deyer, 21, of Whitehall, faces felony child endangering charges for allegedly injuring her 23-month-old daughter and may face additional charges for the death of her 9-month-old daughter.

A Whitehall woman was sentenced Wednesday to 15 to 20 1/2 years in prison in the death of her 9-month old daughter and seriously injuring her 23-month-old child.

Charity Dreyer, 21, pleaded guilty in Franklin County Common Pleas Court on March 5 to charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children.

The Franklin County Coroner's Office determined 9-month-old A'Riyah Williams' cause of death was blunt force head injuries.

Dreyer was arrested in September after Whitehall police responded to a call to a home on Beechbank Road for an unresponsive child.
